I am so excited to introduce the “Love Your True Colors Challenge”, starting tomorrow and continuing throughout the week.
In my last post, I talked about how I plan to spend the “month of love” focusing on self-love and how I want you to join me. My personal rebrand of February is what sparked the idea for this fun, five-day delve into YOU. I want you to love your uniqueness, uncover your quirks and reclaim your creative self-expression. Maybe it’s the journal-lover in me, but the idea of daily prompts to spark fresh ideas for how we view ourselves felt like SUCH a good way to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year.
Without giving too much away in advance (you’re treating yourself and part of your gift is a surprise) I do want to share a bit of a road map with you so you know what to expect over the course of the week – I know you’ll be glad you participated.
If self-love means loving yourself, it’s probably a good idea to define who you are, right? This week, you’re going to think A LOT about the WHO. Who are you – what makes you, YOU? The good, the “bad,” and everything in between. Then you’ll have the opportunity to flip the script and look at things from a different perspective. You’ll complete the challenge by using your experience from the week to fuel a creative work, bringing the entire process alive physically and manifesting your journey.
This will be a safe space for you to celebrate the joy of creativity, embracing and pouring love into ALL of yourself. Alongside other participants, we’ll work through the challenge together, sharing and cheering each other on along the way.
Doesn’t this sound like a great time? Think of what you could gain by Friday. A reinvigorated appreciation for yourself? Inspiration for future projects? An extension of your creative network? I can’t wait to get started with you all. We’re going to have a fun week! Come join us and let’s get started! https://tinyurl.com/esmachallenge
